What is trazodone?
Trazodone is a kind of antidepressant known as a serotonin receptor antagonist and reuptake inhibitor (SARI). While trazodone is not a genuine selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant, it has many of its features.

Warnings
If you are allergic to trazodone or are receiving methylene blue injections, you should avoid taking it.

This medication should not be used if you have taken an MAO inhibitor during the last 14 days. A hazardous medication interaction may occur. MAO inhibitors include isocarboxazid, linezolid, phenelzine, and tranylcypromine, among others.
